Show someone you care! Great for teachers to give to students, principals to staff or just from one person to another.
There are three versions. No fold single quarter sheet, side fold half sheet and top fold half sheet. There is color and gray scale, which can be colored. The clipart is appropriate for a wide range of groups and age levels.

Back to School!

It is time for our Back To School!
Great first day activity to get children talking and interacting!

Here are 30 self-checking puzzle matches of compound words that can be used with the whole class, small groups or in centers. These are words that are used in the classroom!

The instruction page has several games to play using these pieces. For example, give each child a puzzle piece, making sure that another child has the matching piece. The students then scramble to find their match.

It can easily be adapted for the littlest learner by only using the simplest word concepts introduced. Plus little ones will use the pictures, while the
older student will read the words.
Print, laminate, cut apart, and use year after year!

A new product that I have added to my

What a great way to practice number matching with a fall theme of apples and baskets!
There is a set in color and a set in black and white for less ink use. Plus the black and white lined set can be run on colored paper to add more creativity to the activity!

Introduce or review the concepts of number matching. This activity can be used, even if only a few number concepts have been introduced. Then add the other pieces as they are learned.

Glue and scissors are required if using them for worksheets! Great center or group activity too!
Download Preview in my store to see the complete activity.

As a way to promote, share my educational activities and get my products in the hands of people that need them, I have been marketing with several other educators in exhibits at educational and homeschool conferences!
I am always delighted when I see and hear that something I created,
made a difference for a child!
We need your help! As back to school begins, help us get the word out about TeacherspayTeachers, so educators are able to work smarter and not harder! Teaching is stressful enough, without having to reinvent the wheel for every learning skill!

So Lucky To Be A Teacher

Teachers are so lucky because they get to experience the joy of watching children learn!
Teachers come in many forms!

Teachers in a school classroom, a homeschool, a preschool, a daycare, a roadschool, worldschool, an afterschool program or other educational program will totally understand this!

If you are a parent, grandparent or relative that helps with the learning of a child you are also a teacher and will also understand this concept too!

I am sharing information about this activity!

This is a very exciting concept to use to teach number sense! It is a set of 130 puzzles in 26 different forms for the numbers 1-10. There are two different forms on each puzzle. All puzzles with the same number are interchangeable to mix and match!
Number Forms Included: Numbers 1-10, Counting Fingers, Kid Print Numbers, Number Formations, Number Formation Poems, Dice, Number Words, 10 Frames, Number Lines, Tally Marks, Coins, Roman Numerals, Counting Cubes, Money Sentences, Clock Time, Digital Time, Expanded Form, Before and After Boxes, Ones and Tens Frames, Counting Spots 1-9, Ordinals and Line Placement, Odd or Even, plus 100 Charts, Plus and Minus Sentences.

You just decide what parts you want to use. It can be all forms of one number or a certain form for all numbers, or all numbers all forms. These can also be used for sorting activities!

This activity can be started with even the littlest learners using only the numbers they know!

Print, laminate, cut apart, and use year after year!

Enjoy!

Happy New Year!

To help you get ready for the new year, I have included my latest activity in this post!

Each snowman can be cut out individually or just cut on the rectangle box to separate them. Then cut the head, middle and bottom apart. These can also be cut apart as self-checking pieces so each one is different or just as a straight horizontal line.

I have a huge variety of winter activities in my TpT store, just right for this time of year!

Another new one is
This is a fun creative winter snowman graphing activity using a cube template to make dice with snowmen.

Looking forward to sharing the coming new year with you!

Christmas in July With Presents!

I. Love. Christmas!
Need I say more!

So I am celebrating......

I posting four free Christmas activities for you to collect and use when it really is December.

The first activity was actually in the TpT Christmas EBook!
It is a popular free activity!
There are so many great stories about trains for children! A very special story for the holiday season is the classic "The Polar Express" by Chris Van Allsburg's. This fun product incorporates 5 geometric shapes into the building of a train engine, plus a creative literacy activity.

This activity can also be used in a center, but it is better if the pieces are laminated first. Some of the pieces are small so a baggie helps to keep any from getting lost.

 The second free activity is

This product is a math activity for counting down the days until December 25th Christmas Day. One page is color and the other is black and white. It starts on December 1st by gluing one cotton ball on the #1 spot. Glue one piece on everyday until the big day!

It is good practice for number sequence, plus adding and subtracting the days until the 25th! It can be hung in your classroom or send one home with each child.

I always sent home a copy of Santa's Beard and a bag of 25 cotton balls to each child. It makes a great early student Christmas present! If no cotton is available, the numbers can be colored or marked off as each day passes.

 The third free activity is
This is a fun seasonal activity for Christmas that can be used a variety of ways.

There are several versions of this in color or black and white download. One has the words “Santa’s List” at the top, one “Nice,” one “Naughty” and the last is blank.

Children can write down things they have done to get them on the Nice List and the Naughty List! It helps to give them an understanding of good behavior and not as good behavior. Plus, motivate positive behavior to add to the Nice List that will last long after Christmas!

Children can write down what they want for Christmas right on the scroll! The list can be mailed to Santa after coloring.

The fourth and last activity is a bookmark!
Here are two pages of bookmarks for Christmas. One page is color and the other is black and white.

It can be used to motivate reading with the words "A Very Merry Reader." The clip art is appropriate for a wide range of groups.

I have a variety of other Christmas products in my store too!

So celebrate Christmas in July with me!

Be sure and "Follow" my Blog, you never know when I might post something awesome!
